We deliver nationwide across Ghana.

- Orders are sent out within 24 to 48 working hours after you order. Wholesale orders are sent out within 72 working hours. The delivery times above start once your order has been sent out.
- Wholesale orders can be picked up at GK 107 Asofan, Atta Mills Street, Monday to Friday, 10am to 5:30pm. No pickups on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Pay securely with Paystack by card or Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, AT Money, Telecel Cash). Cash on delivery is also available at checkout.

Returns
Because every Qowa top is free size, there are no exchanges for size. We want you to love your piece, so:
- You may return unworn items with tags within 7 days of delivery.
- Return delivery is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
- Email support@qowaclothing.com to start a return, with your order number and photos of the item.
- Send returned items to GK 107 Asofan, Atta Mills Street.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Paystack.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, email support@qowaclothing.com with photos. We cover the return delivery for faulty items.
