What size should I order?
Every Qowa top is free size: one size fits most. See the fit guide for measurements.
How much is delivery?
Accra ₵30, within 1 day, and free on orders over ₵500. Rest of Ghana ₵50, within 2 to 3 days. See shipping & returns.
How fast do you ship?
We send out orders within 24 to 48 working hours, and wholesale orders within 72 working hours. Delivery then takes about 1 day in Accra and 2 to 3 days to the rest of Ghana.
How can I pay?
Checkout is secured by Paystack. Pay by card or Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, AT Money, Telecel Cash). Cash on delivery is available for Accra deliveries only.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 7 days if it is unworn with tags. Return delivery is paid by you unless the item is faulty. Email support@qowaclothing.com to start a return, then send items to GK 107 Asofan, Atta Mills Street. See our shipping & returns policy.
Do you sell wholesale?
